The Tenancy Bond system will be undergoing extended maintenance this and next weekend.

Preparation for our new bond system

This maintenance is required to prepare for upcoming Tenancy Bond Service system changes on 1 December 2025. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

System unavailability (week 1):

The system will be unavailable from 5pm Thursday 20 November until 8am Tuesday 25 November.

What this means for you:

  • you can still submit bond requests via property management software connected with Tenancy Services, online through the Tenancy Services website, or by email, these requests will be processed after the maintenance period
  • there may be extended processing timeframes for your bond requests
  • all outstanding requests will retain their place in the queue.

Our team are working hard to reduce the number of refund requests in the queue before and after to minimise delays. We can still answer queries you have about your bond so do not hesitate to reach out.

System unavailability (week 2):

The system will be unavailable from 5pm Friday, 28 November until 9am Monday 1 December.

What this means for you:

  • You will not be able to submit bond lodgement or top up requests via property management software or online through the Tenancy Services website during this time
  • From 1 December, bond lodgements and top ups can be completed through Bond Hub or via property management software connected to Tenancy Services. Only updated property management software will be available, check with your software provider to know if they will be ready for this.
