The 2025 Healthy Homes Guarantee Act Monitoring Topline report has been published by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The aim of the survey is to understand the level of awareness and compliance with Healthy Homes Standards as indicated by landlords, and tenants’ knowledge of their rental rights and responsibilities.

This survey was conducted by Verian in June 2025 before the final deadline for all rentals to comply, which was 1 July 2025.

The report will help inform future work programmes for Tenancy Services and the Tenancy Compliance and Investigations Team with a focus on engagement, information and education activities with landlords and tenants.
