As of 29 June 2026, all bond transactions have moved online using Bond Hub and integrated property management software.

30 June 2026

From 1 July 2026, the Tenancy Tribunal application fee will change from $28 to $29.

The new fee will apply to all applications lodged from 1 July 2026.

The changes will ensure the fees better reflect the costs of administering courts and tribunals.
