Changes to Tenancy Tribunal application fee 2025

From 1 July 2025, the Tenancy Tribunal application fee will change from $27 to $28.
The new fee will apply to all applications lodged from 1 July 2025.
The changes will ensure the fees better reflect the costs of administering courts and tribunals.
