Bond top-ups now available through property management software
We’ve just made it easier to manage bond top-ups. If your property management software (PMS) is fully connected to our business-to-business solution, you will be able to top up an existing bond directly through your PMS. Not using PMS yet? This builds on existing functionality - bond lodgements are already available through connected PMS platforms, and more bond transaction types will be added over time. The new top-up feature makes it even easier for landlords and property management organisations (PMOs) to manage bonds using their software.
PMOs and landlords have been asking for this new feature, which streamlines the bond top-up process using integrated software. If your PMS is connected with our system, you’ll be able to:
- submit top-ups directly through your PMS
- make payments via direct credit or direct debit
- process multiple top-ups in a single transaction
- track the status of your requests.
Any bond top-ups that come through as bond lodgements will not be accepted. Make sure bond top ups are being lodged correctly.
Your software provider will let you know when these features become available in your PMS. For questions about when it’ll be connected and how to use it, please contact your PMS provider directly.
Not using property management software yet?
If you manage multiple rental properties, now is a great time to consider switching to PMS that is connected to our bond system. These platforms not only simplify bond processes but also prepare you for future enhancements we’re rolling out.
