The Manager Weathertight Claims Advisory Services is responsible for ensuring that Claims Advisory Services are delivered to Weathertight homes claimants in a manner which is accurate, comprehensive, consistent, timely, and reflects best-practice standards.
If you have in-depth knowledge and experience of a case management environment and are driven to deliver outstanding customer service, then apply now. You will need to have proven leadership experience, be able to identify and implement process or service delivery improvements, and have a relevant tertiary qualification
