The Case Coordinator’s role is to process and track applications from Landlords and Tenants to the Tenancy Tribunal. The case-coordinator will respond to customer enquiries relating to the Residential Tenancies Act and the Tenancy Tribunal. You will work closely with the Mediators and the other Tenancy Tribunal staff to assist them in the implementation of their duties.
For this role we are looking for an excellent communicator who is able to work effectively as a team member. A strong customer focus and commitment to quality service delivery is essential. A very important attribute is accuracy of recording and attention to detail.
