These licence classes cover practitioners designing for the following categories.
| Site 1, 2 and 3 licence classes |
| Site 1 |
This licence class is for people who are responsible for coordinating and overseeing the construction of Category 1 buildings. The focus for this class is on the technical co-ordination and oversight of the construction process. |
| Site 2 |
This licence class is for people responsible for technical co-ordination and oversight of the construction of moderately complex building projects. People with this licence class may also work on Category 1 buildings, or support a Site 3 licensed building practitioner on the construction of large and/or highly complex building projects. |
| Site 3 |
This class is primarily for people who manage the construction of large or highly complex building projects. A person licenced to Site 3 may require appropriate technical supportfrom Site 2 or 1 licensed building practitioners. |
