Tenancy Tribunal Application Online

If you are a landlord, property manager or a tenant you can now lodge a Tenancy Tribunal application online (opens in a new window).

With these online forms you will be able to:

  • make your application at a time that suits you – 24 hours a day
  • you will be able to take up to 7 calendar days to complete your application before submitting it
  • have more than 1 application underway at once
  • save your ‘Applicant Details’, and re-use next time you make an application
  • pay the $20 application fee by VISA or MasterCard.

You can still make an application by faxing or posting a paper form to us. Order a form by calling 0800 TENANCY (0800 836 262) or by visiting your local Citizens Advice Bureau.
