Agreement between residential property developer and purchaser
Users are not permitted to make changes to the content or layout of this form (except to delete provisions that the form clearly allows to be deleted if they are inapplicable). Form 1 may not be incorporated into the main body of a sale and purchase agreement.The form must be reproduced as a whole and signed separately from the main agreement between the property developer and purchaser, and witnessed as required.
